Why should I order my cake from Let's Talk Cake?

We are a Mother/Daughter team, with no other employees, who has been creating unique cakes for several years.  Just the two of us means your cake is going to get our one on one attention.  Since our commercial kitchen is located within our home, our prices are not inflated to cover the cost of a separate building.

We use the freshest ingredients possible, including fresh strawberries from our garden and beautiful brown eggs from our own free range chickens.

With us you will not only get a beautiful cake but a delicious one, too.

Our cakes are baked fresh and we never freeze our cakes!

How far in advance do I need to order my cake?

We prefer three weeks in advance for, wedding cakes, so that we may prepare any items that you may desire for your unique design, but we will do our best to work with any time line.  For special occasion cakes, we can have a cake ready in a few days notice.

How much will my cake cost?

Each cake is a unique design and the cost of the cake will depend on many things: size, flavor, fillings, detail work, etc.  Contact us with your design idea and we will be able to give you a quote.

When is payment due once I order my cake?

For weddings, half is due at the time of order and the other half is due four weeks before event.  For special occassion cakes, payment is due at time of delivery or pick up.

Do you schedule tasting's?

We schedule tasting's once a month (please contact us for the next tasting date).  The tasting fee is $15 for 2 people.  The tasting fee will be credited to the final price of your cake when you order from us.

Do you ship your cakes?

No, we're sorry we do not ship our cakes.  They are too fragile to ship and we can not guarantee they will arrive in one piece.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes we do deliver and set up.  We do charge a small fee for this service.
